Created with the people of Oltenia in mind, this coffee harmoniously combines two traditional origins: Brazil (Minas Gerais) and Ethiopia (Sidamo). It is a blend specially designed for those who want a tasty, balanced, good and easy-to-understand coffee, but without compromising on quality.
We wanted to offer a coffee with a friendly name, for all those who think that “specialty” sounds too complicated, even though it is still “specialty”. Oltenia Blend is the answer: accessible, honest and always freshly roasted.
Roasting profile: espresso -> ideal for those who love espresso, but also for coffees with milk (latte, cappuccino).

Washed Coffee or Natural Coffee?
The difference lies in how the coffee beans are processed after harvesting.
Washed is a coffee with clear, more consistent flavors and slightly higher acidity, obtained by removing the pulp of the fruit with water.
Natural (dried) is sweeter, fuller-bodied and has intense fruity notes, because the beans are dried together with the fruit, naturally, in the sun.
Where is the coffee roasted?
The coffee is roasted by us, using a method developed over time, which brings out the clear and natural taste of each origin.
Is it safe to order on your website?
The short answer: Yes, it is very safe.
The long answer: It is safe because we use some of the best technologies for both processing payments and running our website.
We use Stripe for processing online payments, one of the largest and most trusted companies in the world in this field.
Our website is also built on Shopify, undoubtedly the largest and most solid e-commerce platform in the world.
Through these two services, we offer high security and complete encryption of your data. We do not have access to your card details, we can only see the information necessary for delivery: name, email, phone number and address.
So, yes, it is very safe to order on our website.

Can I return the coffee I ordered?
Yes, you can return the coffee, free of charge, within 14 days, if the bag has not been opened.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, no.
The reason is that 15–20% of parcels sent with cash on delivery are not picked up. For each parcel that is not picked up, our company bears both shipping and return costs.
These expenses unreasonably increase operational costs, so we have decided to eliminate the cash on delivery option.

Farm selection
We select the farm carefully, choosing the best beans from dedicated farmers. These beans offer us, the roasters, the best material to create perfect aromas and tastes.
Stage 2
We receive the beans sample
We receive beans samples from selected farms. We test the quality of each sample to ensure it meets our high standards of flavor and taste.
Stage 3
We roast and create the taste of coffee
We roast the beans masterfully, going through the essential stages: drying, browning, the first crack, the development of roasting and the second crack. Each stage is carefully controlled in terms of time and temperature, to reveal the unique and complex aromas and create the perfect taste of our coffee.
Stage 4
Cooling and resting the coffee
After roasting, we let the coffee cool down and rest. This process is essential for the stabilization of aromas and tastes, ensuring a fresh and balanced coffee.
