The products sold by mercicaffe.com are delivered using express courier services. All products are new. The ordered items will arrive at your location within 2-3 business days, except for areas where the courier company does not deliver daily.

The total shipping cost will be displayed in the shopping cart before placing/confirming the order.

According to Article 9, paragraph 1 of Government Ordinance No. 34 of June 12, 2014, concerning consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the product.

To exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by using an unequivocal statement sent by email to salut at mercicaffe.com, where "at" represents the symbol @.

If you wish to return the product, we will refund any amount we have received from you, minus the shipping costs from lovingfash.ro to you. Additionally, the return shipping cost for sending the product from you to mercicaffe.com is free. If you send the product with the shipping cost payable upon delivery (not recommended), mercicaffe.com will refund the initial amount paid for the product minus the shipping costs, including any additional costs incurred due to your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer.

If you wish to exchange the product for another one, the shipping cost from you to mercicaffe.com's address (return) is free. The product exchange will be done as quickly as possible, within 3-5 business days, depending on stock availability, after the product is inspected by mercicaffe.com and if the returned product meets our return policy conditions. You will be responsible for the shipping cost from mercicaffe.com to your address for the new package sent by mercicaffe.com to you.

The refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the product will be made without unjustified delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make this refund using the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer - you will need to provide us with your name, IBAN, and bank name. If additional information is required, we will request it through an email sent to the email address with which you registered. To avoid the redirection of notification/communication emails to spam, it is recommended to save this email address in your contacts and ensure sufficient space in your email account's inbox.   • Refund to the credit card account used for payment, where possible.

Important: Regardless of the payment method, please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for processing. If the money has not been credited to your account after 5 business days from the moment we informed you by email or phone that processing has been completed, please contact us at salut at mercicaffe.com, where "at" represents the symbol @, or at the phone number 0744846243.

Additionally, you can use the contact form in the Contact section of the website. We will provide you with the address to which you should send the product(s). We will process the return without unjustified delays and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you informed us of your return request. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiration of the 14-day period.

We will offer support in choosing the return method and provide you with the necessary details regarding the shipping address, packaging, or contacting the courier company.

If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new (opened packaging, missing accessories, damaged product, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the return or to request a fee for restoring the product to its original condition, if applicable, for restocking. At your request, we will resend the product, with the shipping costs being borne by you.
